Ordering Process
First, select your desired card dimensions and specifications on the transparent business card product page. In the next step, choose from four design options to finalize your card’s appearance:
- Free Design Templates: Filter through ready-made card templates on our site by industry and card size, select your preferred design, and use our free online design tool to customize the card’s text, logo, and other elements easily.
- Upload Your Design: If you already have a design in a printable format (like AI, PSD, CDR, PDF, or TIFF), follow the provided instructions to upload it and proceed to checkout.
- Professional Design Service: Our expert design team can create a custom design tailored to your preferences.
- Design Replication: For replicating an existing card design you like, simply follow the necessary steps.
Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
Orders can only be placed through our website or via email; we do not take orders by phone.
Design and Printing
For optimal results, use CMYK color codes. RGB or HEX colors might vary slightly in print. Dark colors such as browns, reds, and navies can appear nearly black in print, so consider lightening these tones. For a crisp black, set the CMYK values to C:40 M:40 Y:40 K:100.
Yes, you can include a QR code, ensuring that the resolution is high enough for clear readability.
Double-sided printing isn’t available for transparent cards, as the front and back designs would visually interfere with each other on clear plastic.

We offer three delivery options based on your budget and urgency: 5-7 business days for expedited service or 12-14 business days for a more economical choice.
Delivery times depend on distance: up to 1 business day within 600 km and 1-3 business days for longer distances.

For orders over 3000 TL within Turkey, shipping is free. For other orders, we offer discounted rates through our shipping partners.
Returns and Cancellations
For first orders up to 3000 TL, returns are accepted with no questions asked. For larger orders or repeat orders, returns are accepted in cases of:

- Damaged items (with documentation from the shipping carrier)
