1. General
This page explains the returns, cancellation, and refund terms for transparent business card orders.
Because our products are made to order for an individual or business, some rights are limited by the nature of the product.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Return
For products designed and printed to order for an individual or business, the nature of the product means there is no right of withdrawal or return.
This follows from the exception for custom-made products under distance selling regulations.
3. Order Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled free of charge before it enters production. Please send us your cancellation request as soon as possible.
Once production has started, order cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Production Faults and Damaged Delivery
In the event of a production fault, an incorrect or incomplete delivery, or damage in transit, we'll correct or reprint the product free of charge.
Please get in touch as soon as possible after delivery, and we'll provide the support needed to resolve it.
5. Print Approval and Responsibility
The final pre-print review and approval of the design is the customer's responsibility.
Spelling or visual errors in an approved design are not covered by returns or exchanges.
6. Refunds
In the case of a cancellation before production or a fault on our part, the amount paid is refunded via your original payment method.
The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
